We are actively hiring Direct Care Professionals for multiple residential shifts supporting youth in our care.

Current Openings:

• 2nd Shift A: Sunday 10a–10p, Monday–Wednesday 2p–10p

• 2nd Shift B: Wednesday–Friday 2p–10p, Saturday 10a–10p

Overview:
Boys & Girls Haven is seeking dependable, compassionate staff to work directly with youth in a therapeutic residential setting. This role focuses on building relationships, maintaining structure, and supporting youth through daily routines and behavioral growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and engage youth in daily activities and routines

• Support behavioral and emotional regulation using therapeutic approaches

• Maintain a safe, structured environment

• Assist with meals, hygiene, school routines, and activities

• Transport youth to appointments and community activities

• Administer medications (as trained)

• Document daily interactions and incidents

Pay & Benefits:

• $18.00 – $20.82/hour

• Retention bonuses up to $1,000

• Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO

Requirements:

• 21+ years old

• Valid driver’s license

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
